La Zacatecana began the way the best things do — around a kitchen table, with a recipe book full of stains and a conviction that ice cream should mean something more than cold and sweet.
Our founders carried flavors from Zacatecas through every move, every new city, every season of life. What stayed constant was the belief that a properly made scoop can transport you — back to a childhood afternoon, to a grandmother's voice, to a place you carry inside you.
